And prove that your best mate has family in Amersfoort. I'd ask him to identify a location, but with g.oogle maps everyone can find and name places

Hmm, well one thing I could do would be to link you to his mom, brother, and sister's facebook profiles, and then you could see the location, then my friend on their friend's list, and then, further, myself on my friend's friends list. This would be a strange invasion of my friend's privacy, but it might make you say "Oh, wow, this Bourne Ultimatum guy's legit, he didn't just randomly bullshit that he had a 'friend' who had family that lives in the Netherlands simply to have a point of reference based off of my location."
